Find out what your AI actually costs
How it works
It ends with a document rather than a follow-up call.
- 01
You tell us what you run
A few questions at booking: which AI tools you use, and roughly what you spend.
- 02
A working session, not a pitch
Sixty minutes on where your AI spend goes and what it exposes.
- 03
You get it in writing
Where you stand and what deserves a closer look. Yours to keep either way.
What we look at
Three areas, one short session. We look across all three and go deeper on the one you name when you book — sixty minutes is a starting point, not a full assessment.
- 01
AI Assistants
Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and the tools your staff already use — which teams they're for, what they can reach, and what you're paying per seat.
- 02
AI Agents & Automation
The agents and flows running your work — what they connect to, whose account they run under, and what they cost to run.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this really free, or is it a sales call?
- Free, and not a sales call. You get the written summary whether or not we ever work together, and you're welcome to hand it to another firm. If it says your AI spend is already right, that's what it will say.
- Do you need access to our systems?
- No. It's a conversation about what AI you use, who uses it and what you pay — no credentials, no connection to anything you run. If something warrants a hands-on look, we'll say so and scope it separately.
- What do we need to prepare?
- Nothing formal. A rough idea of which AI tools your teams use and what you're paying helps, but we can find most of that together in the session.
- What if we want you to fix what you find?
- Then we scope it and quote it. The AI Assessment (CA$2,500, fixed) is the usual next step — a full look across all three services with a plan you own. Anything beyond that is billed by the hour.
Sixty minutes, and you’ll know what your AI actually costs
Sometimes the answer is that you’re spending about right. It usually isn’t.
