The App collects and stores the following information locally on your device (and, for Premium users, optionally in the cloud):

1. Authentication & User Profiles
   • Google Account information (if you sign in for Premium features)
   • Usernames and profile IDs you create
   • Active user selection
2. Workout Data
   • Custom workout routines you create
   • Workout history and completion records
   • Exercise preferences and settings
3. App Settings
   • Equipment preferences
   • Timer settings (rest duration, exercise duration, number of rounds)
   • Workout schedule preferences
   • Sound and notification preferences
4. Premium Subscription Information
   • Premium subscription status
   • Purchase tokens (from Google Play Billing Library v8+)
   • Product IDs for purchased subscriptions

How We Store Your Data

By default, all data is stored locally on your device using your device's local storage. For Premium users who choose to sign in, we provide Cloud Sync & Backup via Google Firebase. This service securely transmits and stores your workout data on our external servers solely for the purpose of allowing you to sync your progress across multiple devices and recover your history if you lose your device. Your data remains private and is only accessible through your authenticated account. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.

Payment Processing

Google Play Billing

When you purchase a premium subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing Library (version 8.0.0 or later). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).

Google Play Billing provides us with:

• Purchase confirmation
• Purchase tokens (for subscription verification)
• Product IDs

All payment information is processed securely by Google according to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.

Third-Party Services

• Used for in-app purchase processing (subscriptions and premium features)

• Used for Cloud Sync, authentication, AI workout generation, and server-side quota enforcement

Anthropic (Claude AI)

• Used for Premium AI workout generation
• No personal user data is sent to Anthropic; only anonymized workout goals, equipment, and progress summaries are transmitted to generate routines

Text-to-Speech (Capacitor Community)

• Used for audio announcements during workouts
• Processes text locally on your device
• No data is transmitted to external servers

Data Security

• Local data is stored on your device and encrypted by your device's operating system.
• Cloud data (for Premium users) is stored securely on Google Firebase servers with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
• We do not have access to your personal data or workout content outside of the automated backup/sync functions.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties. For Premium users, data is transmitted to Google Firebase servers solely for backup and synchronization purposes initiated by the user. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data: Both local and cloud-stored data can be accessed through the App.
• Delete your data: You can clear local data through device settings and request deletion of cloud-stored data by contacting support.
• Export your data: Workout history can be exported via the App's export feature (Premium).
• Control your data: You can create, modify, or delete user profiles and workouts at any time.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

Data Retention

Your data is stored on your device and in the cloud (Premium) until you:

• Uninstall the App
• Clear the App's data through device settings
• Manually delete data within the App
• Request deletion of your cloud account

Offline Functionality

The App is designed to work offline. No internet connection is required for core functionality (all 40+ built-in workouts). Internet connectivity is only used for:

• Cloud Sync & Backup (Premium)
• AI Workout Generation (Premium & Free Mode)
• Verifying premium subscription status
• Restoring purchases through Google Play Billing
